Shipping Costs

Transportation costs are included in the price for the Peninsula. In case of any modification and / or exception, it would be indicated during the purchase process.

Information on rates

All prices indicated are in Euro with IVA included.

 

Returns and Refunds

The customer must check that the order has arrived in its entirety and without any damage within 24 hours after receiving the order, even if the packaging does not present any anomaly. Any claim after this period will not be considered nor will the buyer replace the product.

If there is a problem, it must be indicated on the transport delivery note and the seller must be informed by email at the following address: info@showeronlinesl.com and photos of the damaged product must be attached.

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has the right to return the order during the 14 days following the date of receipt of the order, taking charge of the return costs.

In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to the absence of the recipient, change of address or unknown address, that the order is rejected by the recipient, the expenses derived from the return of the product will be borne by the buyer.

To proceed with the return you must:
1. Send an email to info@showeronlinesl.com indicating the reasons for the return.
2. Proceed with the shipment of the order in the same conditions in which it was delivered with the complete packaging and the original label. The transport costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
3. Once the product has been received and its status has been checked, an email will be sent with the acceptance or not of the return
4. In case of acceptance of the return, the amount will be returned through the same means of payment.

In accordance with current law, all products have a 2-year legal guarantee for manufacturing defects, never for defects caused by the buyer.
